Connecting you with support and solutions

…because parenting didn’t come with a manual.

The Courage and Compass Community offers solutions, reflection, and a space to puzzle through the challenges your family is facing. Joining this community offers the following:

  • Twice-a-month meetings online, allowing you flexibility that fits your busy life.

  • A supportive group of parents struggling with similar issues and looking for solutions.

  • A private group chat for connection throughout your membership.

  • Sessions include a discussion of a book the group chooses, followed by coaching and journal reflections.

FAQs

Who is the Compass & Courage Parent Community for?

Compass & Courage is for parents of neurodivergent children who are navigating adolescence, including the transitions into middle school, high school, and beyond. Whether your child has recently received a diagnosis or you have been on this journey for years, this community offers a place to connect with other parents who understand the challenges, questions, and joys that come with raising a neurodivergent child.

What can I expect during a community session?

Each session begins with a short lesson or learning opportunity focused on a topic relevant to parenting neurodivergent children. You will then have time to reflect, share experiences, ask questions, and participate in group coaching. The community is designed to be a supportive, judgment-free space where you can learn from others, explore practical tools, and find your own next steps. You are always welcome to share only what feels comfortable.

How is this different from therapy or a traditional support group?

Compass & Courage combines the connection of a parent support community with the guidance of a trained coach. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution, we explore questions, resources, and strategies that help you make decisions that fit your family. The community is not therapy and does not replace medical, psychological, or other professional care. It is a place to feel heard, build confidence, and move forward with greater clarity and courage.
