Life gets rocky.
Support shouldn’t be optional.

Society loves a linear story.
Go to school. Get a job. Work hard. Stay on track. Do what everyone else seems to be doing.
But life has never followed a straight line for me—especially as a parent of a neurodivergent child and an educator who has spent years inside the messy, unpredictable world of adolescent development. The truth is, most families today don’t fit that old script either. Life shifts, diagnoses come, needs change, and suddenly the path you thought you were supposed to follow no longer makes sense.
And too often, we blame ourselves when things don’t unfold the way we were told they “should.”
Whenever life hands me a challenge, I go into learning mode. I read, research, question, and gather every tool I can find to understand the situation and move forward. I’ve spent years doing that—not just as a teacher and literacy coach, but as a mom navigating neurodiversity at home.
But information isn’t meant to live in a notebook. It’s meant to be shared.
That’s why I created The UnRested Life—a place where families can access the strategies, support, and community I wish I had earlier in my journey.
I know what it feels like to sit in a class or a parent workshop and feel inspired… only to walk away feeling like just another number. I never want the families I support to feel that way. Coaching, to me, is personal. It’s relational. It’s built on trust, compassion, and accountability that actually works.
As a neurodiversity family coach, my goal is simple:
To help you understand your child’s brain, strengthen your relationship, and build a family roadmap that fits your real life—not the outdated, linear one society still tries to hand us.
You don’t have to figure this out alone.
And you don’t have to walk this path without tools, guidance, or community.
